Terms & Conditions

As much as we love seeing the fun in your events, there are some conditions we uphold to ensure we all have a great time.

Cancellation, Deposit and Booking
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required  when booking with Booth Street & Co. Until the deposit is received, the agreed booking date cannot be confirmed. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. We are not obliged to hire or operate our services if full the payment has not been received.

If booking within 7 days of the event, a non-refundable full payment must be received within 48 hours of booking. 


To request a change in the agreed service date, this must be made 14 days prior to the event via phone or email. Change of date will be made subject to the availability of the services requested. Any changes to the agreed date and time will only be valid in a new written agreement. Please note any cancellation bookings will not be refunded the initial deposit made.​

​CBD PARKING

Parking in Melbourne CBD during 7am - 6pm will be arranged or paid by the hirer. ​

Use of Images

When hiring with Booth Street & Co, the hirer gives permission for images and videos taken during the event to be used for Booth Street & Co's advertising purposes. Unless advised prior to the event they do not want their images and or images  to be used, Booth Street & Co will respectfully comply. Booth Street & Co will not use any content that are deemed unsuitable or damaging to a person's reputation. 

 


Damages or Loss
In the event of any damages or loss of goods and services provided, an additional fee may incur at the cost of the hirer. Our attendants may stop the event at any time during the event if they feel that the equipment is being misused for the intended purpose or dangerous to any persons.

Force Majeure

Booth Street & Co will not be liable for failing to perform under any circumstances beyond our control. This includes infrastructure failures, natural causes and governmental or societal actions.

Working Conditions and Electrical Supply 
In order for us to give you the best experience, we require adequate space  within an area of 3x3m. The hirer will arrange an electrical power outlet within 10 metres of the photo booth.
